Publication Standards:

All the accepted articles are made available online according to Creative Commons Attribution License to any internet user for free at the Elyns Publishing Group. All the content available is transparent and authenticate at its best. Elyns Group strives for the perpetual improvement by means of the quality, quantity, reliability and transparency in the peer review process with a noble vision of broad dissemination of scholarly literature at free of cost.

Publication Ethics

Elyns Group recognizes the effort and involvement of a scholar in publishing an academic research work. To showcase the quality in the articles, we support COPE guidelines and uphold high standards of publication. To ensure fair evaluation and high standards, Elyns Group follows double blind peer review process. The process involves strict practices to prevent plagiarism, redundancy of content, fabrication of data and multiple submissions.

Elyns Group firmly encourages original manuscripts and single submission by one of the authors. The manuscripts will be rejected if the content is plagiarized wholly or partially. The manuscript submitted should not have been published prior or under consideration for review by any other journal. Infringement of the above guidelines in any case will be subjected to immediate rejection and a ban for a period of twelve months on the author from submitting subsequent manuscripts to any of the journals of Elyns Group along with the co-authors irrespective of the involvement in the infringement. In case of repeated infringement, a ban for life time would be imposed on the authors from submitting manuscripts in all of the Journals of Elyns Group

Elyns Group strongly suggests authors to maintain transparency at any stage of the editorial communication. We endorse COPE and ICMJE guidelines to handle the submitted manuscript in case suspected for any duplication or substantial overlap. In case of animal experimentation, sample collection or trials on humans with their consent, It is strongly recommended to mention the ethical approvals. Authors are also suggested to maintain transparency in acknowledging competing interests and disclosing any partial benefits for individuals either in manuscript preparation or funding resources. In case of any deviation from the above mentioned policies, Editor-in-chief will be notified accordingly to resolve the problem.

Editorial Policy

Elyns Publishing Group follows WAME definitions and leaves the complete freedom of the editorial process to the Editor-in-chief with all the authority in determining the fate of the articles towards publication and a responsibility to uphold the Journal’s Integrity.The articles published under any journal of Elyns Group are in relation with the scope, relevancy, potential Interest, scientific strength completeness, clarity and ethics. The act of decision to determine the fate of the manuscript, to publish or reject is never affected by author's origin nationality, ethnicity, race, religion or political beliefs. No other private or government policies or agencies away from the journal can determine the decision. The decisions are purely with respect to the innovation,novelty, quality and scientific importance to the readers.

Peer-Review Policy

All Journals of Elyns Group follow a rapid thorough double blind peer review system through electronic submission, assignment and communication.

The details of neither author nor reviewer are disclosed to each other. The manuscripts submitted will be subjected to an unbiased primary screening to determine if the manuscript fits into the scope of the journal. The editor-In chief will have the freedom of determining the fate of the manuscript in this step. Once the manuscript is passed in the first step, the manuscript will be assigned to at least two expert reviewers in the field. The review process is to assess the correctness, accuracy, clarity and innovation of the research. The comments from at least two reviewers will be considered to decide the fate of the manuscript. The reviewers are given 3 weeks of time for the review and submission of comments to the editor. The handling editor and (or) the editor in chief decides the fate of the manuscript whether to publish or reject. The whole editorial process is completed in 6-7 weeks from the date of submission.

The authors have the privilege of challenging the editor's decision if they do not comply with the comments, with reasonable arguments. With concerned editor’s decision, the manuscript may be forwarded to additional reviewers and final decisions will be made according to the comments.

Retraction Policy

Elyns Publishing Group follows COPE guidelines regarding retraction policy article when a possible calculation error and breaches are observed in a published article. The process involves alerting readers to corrections made in false data, experimental misconducts from published articles. The article is subject to the retraction when the editor is certain that the article infringes publication ethics. When the editor is certain about misconduct, unconvincing and unreliable evidences, can issue expression of concern. When the editor is certain on honest errors, incorrect list of contributors, can issue a correction. The mentioned actions will be implemented as early as possible to reduce citations on the invalid work and prevent drawing false conclusions.

The reasons will be detailed under a clear label of retraction and a complete citation reference of the original article, title and authors will be included. Consequently, this may lead to questioning the legitimacy of the author's previous works and consult the author's institution for an assurance of the validity of previously published articles in the Elyns Publishing Group. Editors hold a right to announce uncertainty over the previously published articles when no assurance is heard.

Payment Policy

In Open access Publication, the readers will have the free access to the published articles. It provides unrestricted usage of the published data by anyone with proper citation of the article. So, in open access the authors are charged the cost of production of full text, pdf and digital articles and permanent maintenance of digital archives. The processing charges include editorial and peer review cost, journal publishing, website hosting and administrative costs.

The submitted author is responsible for the payment of Article Processing Charge. However fee discounts, waivers will be provided to the authors from middle and low income nations. The waiver is also applicable when the institution covers the charge under membership scheme.

The author must agree the payment policy while submitting the article and make the payment once the article is accepted for publication. We encourage authors who cannot afford to pay the processing charges to explain the reason and apply for a waiver during the submission. The author will be notified to pay the processing charges only when the manuscript completes the peer review process and received editorial acceptance for publication. The article will be published online successfully only after the payment of publication charges.
