Michael Peter Sarras, Jr., Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science
Dr. Michael P. Sarras Jr. is currently working as Professor of Cell Biology and Anatomy, Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, USA. He received his BA in Biology from the University of Kansas, his MA in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of Kansas, and his Ph.D. from Louisiana State University Medical Center in Cell Biology and Anatomy. During his research career he focused on questions related to developmental and regenerative biology. Dr. Sarras served as an officer in the US Army during the Vietnam War and went to serve as an officer in the Research and Development Command until his retirement from the military in 1998 as a Lt. Col after 30 years service. From 2003-2011 he served as Professor of CBA, Vice President for Research, and Dean of the Graduate School at RFUMS.

Journal of Developmental Biology and Regenerative Medicine is an online open access peer reviewed journal aims at publishing research activities in field of developmental biology and regenerative medicine. This journal focuses on development in evolution process, child hood developmental abnormalities, regeneration, cell proliferation and differentiation, role of stem cells in treatment of diseases.
